California appeals dismissal of case over tariffs

( June 3, 2025, 14:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The State of California filed notice that it is appealing a California federal judge’s order dismissing its lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s tariffs. The notice followed a dismissal on jurisdictional grounds by US District Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley of the Northern District of California. It is unrelated to the case in which the US Court of International Trade ruled against Trump’s authority, which was stayed on appeal.See attached document....
