USCIT upholds Commerce determination on Indian steel fluid end blocks

( June 2, 2025, 22:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Court of International Trade sustained the US Department of Commerce's 2020 antidumping order on steel fluid end blocks from India. CIT Judge Stephen Alexander Vaden ruled that Commerce was right in its second revision of the order because the agency conducted an on-site verification of an Indian producer and concluded properly that errors it found from the company were isolated and should not be applied broadly to penalize the firm.Court ruling attached....
