Copper, critical minerals set to be more vulnerable to supply shocks, says IEA

Their supply chains are increasingly concentrated in a few countries, with China being the leading refiner for 19 of the 20 minerals analyzed, reaching a market share of around 70 percent. Current export restrictions are further hampering supply chain diversification.
