Vietnamese paper plate maker says US Commerce erred in antidumping calculation

( May 18, 2025, 18:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Vietnamese producer said the US Department of Commerce erred in its 2025 antidumping order on paper plates from Vietnam by using incorrect financial statements and Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes. Go-Pak Paper Products Vietnam Co., Ltd said in a complaint filed with the Court of International Trade that Commerce incorrectly used financial statements from Suparma Tbk, an Indonesian producer, because the Indonesian company does not sell comparable merchandise.
