LB Group goes to court over EU dumping tariffs on Chinese titanium dioxide

( May 19, 2025, 09:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Chinese titanium dioxide producer LB Group has appealed punitive dumping duties of up to 0.74 euros per kilogram that the European Commission imposed on imports of the product from China. In its appeal from last month, published today, LB Group says that the watchdog was wrong to make an adjustment to the export price for commissions received by the LB traders. The group also contests the adjustment to the normal value for non-refundable VAT for export sales, saying that the watchdog didn't show that the conditions for such adjustment had been met.Notice follows. ...
