Malaysia imposes anti-dumping duties on PET imports from China, Indonesia

The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry said the measure follows an anti-dumping duty investigation initiated on Aug. 9, 2024, in response to a petition filed by local PET producer Recron. Malaysia has determined that the PET imports are priced lower than their selling prices in China and Indonesia, causing material injury to the domestic PET production industry.The statement is attached. ...
