USITC says industry harmed by Dioctyl Terephthalate from four countries

( April 23, 2025, 19:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US International Trade Commission unanimously determined a domestic industry is materially injured by imports of Dioctyl Terephthalate, a chemical often used as a plasticizer for plastic products, from Poland, Malaysia, Taiwan and Turkey. Commerce has already determined that producers from all four countries are dumping the product, meaning antidumping duties will now be applied.See full press release....
