US Commerce issues final results for Indian paper product antidumping duties

( March 26, 2025, 14:08 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department announced a determination that certain Indian lined paper products were sold at less than normal value in the US. The finding, which follows an October 2024 preliminary report, found that the products in question were sold between Sept. 1, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2023. Since issuing those preliminary results, Commerce has altered the margin calculation for one of the companies involved, ITC Limited. See attached document....
