Commerce amends dumping margin on Chinese tires after US CIT order

( March 12, 2025, 17:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Commerce has amended its dumping margin for Chinese company Kenda Rubber following a 2024 ruling from the US Court of International Trade that partly sustained its latest determination in an antidumping order on passenger tires from China. In a public notice Federal Register filing, Commerce said the dumping margin rate is now 18.15 percent for Kenda, which was selected as a mandatory respondent in 2023 after the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ordered the agency to reconsider its investigation on the Chinese tires.See attached file....
