Canada files dispute at WTO over Trump tariffs

Canada said in its filing that the US tariffs were inconsistent with articles one, two, five and seven under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 agreement, citing the failure to provide similar treatment to other nations under WTO obligations and exceeding a tariff ceiling, among others.The filing is below:...
