Ammonium nitrate duty annulment should head back to lower EU court, legal opinion says

In a non-binding opinion for the bloc's top court, Advocate Laila Media recommended that the previous ruling be set aside and the case referred back to General Court judges. Last year, Russian fertilizer makers Nevinnomysskiy Azot and Novomoskovskaya Aktsionernaya Kompania Azot overturned the EU watchdog's five-year extension of existing dumping duties on ammonium nitrate....
