Roblox moves for arbitration in US case over child predators
( September 22, 2026, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Roblox asked a California federal judge to compel arbitration in a case accusing it of lacking adequate security measures to protect the safety of children from child sexual predators. The company said that minors and their parents repeatedly agreed to Roblox’s terms of use, which contain a binding arbitration agreement. “Plaintiffs assented to the terms when they willingly created their accounts, purchased Roblox’s digital currency, redeemed Roblox gift cards, and agreed to terms updates even after commencing litigation.
