Public Knowledge argued that the order’s “distribution provisions and requirements governing access to data and syndication respond directly to the conditions Google’s conduct created.” Additionally, it said that the court should vacate the district court’s remedial judgment insofar as it permits Google to make search-related payments to distributors.See attached file. ...
