Legal action options against suicide site have been exhausted, UK watchdog says

Ofcom fined the forum £950,000 in May for not acting to prevent UK users from encountering content that encourages suicide, a breach of the UK's Online Safety Act. Ofcom said the forum had since made changes that block most UK users from the site but any further action would impact global users, which was beyond UK jurisdiction.
