Pornhub reopens UK access via Apple age checks, Ofcom reaffirms duty on sites

Regulator Ofcom said it would scrutinize the move and reiterated that platforms were responsible for preventing children from accessing pornography, not device operators.Aylo is set to allow unregistered UK users to access its Pornhub adult-content platform if they use Apple’s device-level age checks for iPhones or iPads, marking a partial reversal of its February decision to block new UK customers in response to the country's online safety law....
