German regulator received 2,000 digital services law complaints in 2025

( April 30, 2026, 16:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Germany’s network regulator received more than 2,000 complaints about potential violations of the European Digital Services Act in 2025, the agency’s Di­gi­tal Ser­vices Coor­di­na­tor said in its annual report. As most complaints centered around Very Large Online Platforms whose legal representatives were based in Ireland, the coordinator referred those cases to its Irish counterpart. In total, the DSC initiated 26 investigations against services within its jurisdiction last year.Statement follows, report attached (both in German)....
