Meta, Google accused of EU Digital Services Act breaches over fraudulent medical ads

The companies have violated the DSA rules on risk mitigation, according to Alexandra Geese, a German member of the Greens/European Free Alliance, citing a study by non-profit Reset Tech showing that more than 350,000 ads for 390 unregulated health products have been placed online.
