X Corp. says US Supreme Court shouldn't review sex-trafficking case

X said that the case is not proper for review because the court of appeals did not confer blanket immunity for any claim arising from harmful online content. Instead, it held that two of petitioners’ state-law claims were not barred by Section 230 on the theory that the underlying duties did not necessarily require X to act as a publisher, allowing those claims to proceed, which could result in some recovery.See attached file. ...
