DMA must be properly enforced, EU lawmakers say

( March 24, 2026, 10:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Members of the European Parliament's Internal Market committee have requested that the European Commission ensure proper enforcement of the Digital Markets Act, the EU law that checks the market power of large online platforms. Lawmakers call on the executive to make “full and proactive use” of all the DMA tools, and encourage the institution to resist external political pressure, such as from the US administration.
