The Information Commissioner’s Office issued an open letter saying that while “most services are relying on self-declaration to identify whether children are 13 or over,” this is not effective enough. The ICO said it expects industry to take urgent steps, and that it’s working with “some of the highest-risk services” to drive change for the next two months.Statement follows....
