US DOJ, states oppose Live Nation bid for trial stay pending appeal

( February 24, 2026, 21:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Live Nation and Ticketmaster are making "yet another meritless attempt to delay trial" in antitrust litigation brought by a US Department of Justice-led coalition, the plaintiffs said in a brief filed in the US Southern District of New York opposing the companies' motion to certify an interlocutory appeal.
