Porn site operator Kick fined by UK regulator for lacking age checks

( February 12, 2026, 11:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Porn website operator Kick Online Entertainment has been fined £800,000 by UK regulator Ofcom for failing to implement effective age verification on one of its sites, in breach of its duties to keep minors from accessing porn. The watchdog also imposed a £30,000 penalty for failing to respond to a statutory information request under the Online Safety Act. Ofcom ordered Kick to provide a full list of its porn sites, warning that daily fines could follow if non-compliance continues.Statement follows....
