Chinese app Kuaishou fined 119.1 million yuan for cybersecurity, content lapses

Citing China’s Cybersecurity Law and Administrative Penalty Law, the regulator imposed a fine, warned the company, and urged it to implement corrective measures within a set timeline while strictly addressing those responsible and requiring the platform to manage accounts in full compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
