Social media companies argue for excluding experts in US social media suit

The filings cover general causation and other experts. The defendants argued that the plaintiffs do not dispute that their general causation experts “fail to account for this Court’s ‘feature-by-feature’ rulings, which distinguish features of Defendants’ platforms that are protected by Section 230 and the First Amendment from those the Court has found unprotected.”See attached files....
