UK tech sector calls for fraud initiatives to align with online safety law

The group, which represents over 1,000 businesses, also argued that debates around fraud reimbursement — such as requiring tech firms to also reimburse fraud victims — are a distraction that “reduce the ability to speak freely and share best practice."
