Arkansas AG fails to amend injunction against age-verification law

( July 23, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin failed to convince a US federal judge to narrow an injunction against a law requiring social media companies to verify users' age. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks said that Griffin is essentially asking the court to find certain cherry-picked portions of the act severable from the unconstitutional portions, but the law says nothing about severability and can only be enforced in its entirety.
