Amazon should not be allowed immediate appeal, US FTC says in ROSCA litigation

( July 9, 2025, 20:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon is asking a US court to undo rulings that are up to a year old and certify a petition for interlocutory appeal, without explaining why it could not have raised these issues earlier or showing that an appeal is unlikely to delay trial, according to the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC opposed the request, saying that Amazon also does not identify any actual court ruling on its proposed questions of law. See attached file....
