( June 10, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: California Attorney General Rob Bonta has asked the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to overturn a decision blocking implementation of the state's Age-Appropriate Design Code Act in a suit brought by tech industry association NetChoice. “At the end of the day, the lower court insisted that the act is an attempt by the State to engage in content censorship. But the act is about privacy, not content.
