The case concerns the content moderation watchdog's reporting, which said Musk is ignoring his own terms of service in his proclaimed “thermonuclear” campaign of filing global litigation against Media Matters. A bid to block a global “thermonuclear” litigation campaign waged by Elon Musk’s X Corp. against a content misinformation watchdog drew the exasperation of a US judge today, who voiced frustration that the group, Media Matters for America, waited so long to address litigation in Singapore and Ireland....
