Greek row over state aid for newspapers prompts EU court questions

The dispute is related to a legal challenge started by newspaper "Dimokratia" against the Greek state, and is in regards to a 2023 financial support program which the plaintiff was not able to fully claim.EU judges have been requested to intervene in a legal dispute on state aid pitting the newspaper "Dimokratia" against the Greek State. The court's verdict is expected to shed some light on the criteria that can be used by EU governments to decide whether some companies can be considered as a single undertaking when distributing state aid....
