( June 30, 2026, 10:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: PostNord Group's capital injection of 1 billion Danish krone (approximately €134 million) into its Post Danmark subsidiary in 2017 is undergoing an in-depth probe to assess whether it was in line with EU state aid rules, the European Commission has said. The regulator had originally found the capital injection by the company owned by the Swedish and Danish states didn't constitute state aid in 2018, but that decision was subsequently annulled by EU courts after they found the commission hadn't conducted a sufficient examination of the capital injection.Press release follows.
