Ryanair takes lost appeal of Portuguese aid to TAP to EU's top court

In its pleas filed in February and issued Monday, the budget air carrier says that the court was wrong to find that the plan was capable of restoring TAP's long-term viability and that the aid had no incentive effect.The summary of the appeal is attached.
