Her team features Alina Nedea as deputy head-of-cabinet, as well as competition experts including Anna Vernet and Petra Nemeckova, MLex has learned.Teresa Ribera started work on Dec. 1 as the European Commissioner responsible for policing mergers, vetting government subsidies and cracking down on cartels and companies abusing their market power.
