Cintas, UniFirst agree not to close before Dec. 11 unless US FTC closes merger probe sooner

In that same filing, Cintas revealed that both it and UniFirst had certified compliance with the FTC's second request subpoena regarding their deal on Oct. 2, the same date it had agreed to a timing agreement with the agency.
