Senator Booker urges US judge to independently review Paramount settlement

Booker says the court should resolve key questions before entering the decree, such as whether it remedies the harms the states pleaded and if it is enforceable. "The States brought this case to prevent a substantial lessening of competition in markets that shape what Americans watch and what they pay to watch it," Booker wrote.
