Bupa's acquisition of Partnered Health Group reviewed in Australia

In a statement on Monday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that while Partnered Health is a national provider of primary care services to individuals and corporate health and wellbeing services to businesses, Bupa provides a range of services in Australia. These services include providing facilities and services to independent general practitioners to enable them to run their general practices.
