The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on Wednesday said the deal would replace Coty’s license when it ends on June 30, 2027. In Australia, L’Oréal and Gucci’s Coty-operated beauty business both supply premium fragrances and, to a lesser extent, premium color cosmetics, the regulator said.
