Incubeta's proposed acquisition of Datisan reviewed in Australia

In a statement late on Friday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that Incubeta, part of the Incubeta Group, an international digital-marketing group, supplies Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics license resales in Australia. The regulator added that Datisan is a Brisbane-based authorized reseller of Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform products and a provider of related professional marketing technology services.
