In a determination issued on Friday but published on Monday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the market-share aggregation arising from the deal appears low and that the parties would likely continue to face competition from alternative suppliers of primary-care services. Partnered Health and other PH Primary Care Group subsidiaries provide primary-care services through 67 general-practice clinics and medical centers across Australia.
