IonQ-SkyWater early termination not preferred by US FTC Chairman Ferguson

Ferguson said he did not prefer the outcome of early termination in the proposed merger between IonQ and SkyWater Technology, but that a lawsuit to enjoin the merger would have been "an imprudent use of the agency's resources," and early termination was the only way forward, according to a statement.
