In a statement on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that Publicis provides data-collaboration services in Australia through Publicis’ Epsilon Data Management, which includes its Lotame division. Meanwhile, LiveRamp's data-collaboration network unites data across advertisers, ad tech platforms, publishers, data providers and commerce media networks. The statement said that Publicis' and LiveRamp’s activities overlap in the supply of data-collaboration services. The regulator is seeking views on the deal until Aug. 4.Statement follows.
