In a statement on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that in Australia, L'Oréal sells haircare, skincare, makeup and fragrances wholesale through pharmacies, supermarkets and retailers, as well as through their own branded retail stores. The regulator added that Innovist sells products under its brands Bare Anatomy and Chemist at Play products directly to consumers in Australia.
