In a statement published late on Monday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that the proposed acquisition will increase Origin’s stake in Climatech Zero from 20 percent to full ownership. Climatech Zero is an engineering and project delivery provider, while Origin Zero provides services such as on-site renewable energy, energy storage, virtual power plant services, and E-Mobility solutions.
