Coles-Paydock deal under review by Australian competition watchdog

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on Thursday said the deal would see Coles-owned Retail Payment Solutions acquire Paydock, an Australian- and UK-based payment orchestration platform that integrates multiple payment methods and providers for merchants and financial institutions.
