The government is requiring the divestiture of four drug products: Mycophenolate mofetil oral suspension, Niacin extended release tablets, Pilocarpine tablets and Rabeprazole sodium delayed release tablets, to Quagen Pharmaceuticals.Aurobindo Pharma Limited will be required to divest four drug products in order to complete its $250 million acquisition of Lannett Company, as ordered by the US Federal Trade Commission....
