Paramount Global 120-day national security review started by US DOJ committee

The committee said it will not send further questions to the company before starting the 120-day review clock on June 16. The review is meant to assess whether granting the application for increased foreign ownership allowances for Paramount, in connection with its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros.
