The Danish competition authority deployed its rarely used "call-in" power in August 2025 to investigate the deal that would usually be below the threshold for triggering a regulatory probe.Sweden's Asker Healthcare Group has said it has abandoned its planned acquisition of Danish nursing products supplier Kirstine Hardam and is looking for other European opportunities due the length of the regulatory approval process in Denmark....
