Charter proposed settlements alleviate other parties' concerns, CETF argues
By Wesley Brown ( June 8, 2026, 20:05 GMT | Insight) -- The California Emerging Technology Fund argued in a reply brief that a number of the issues raised by non-settling parties to the Charter-Cox merger review in California are solved by Charter Communications’ proposed settlements with the CETF and Cal Advocates. CETF requested that the California Public Utilities Commission approve the transaction conditioned on the adoption and enforcement of Charter’s settlements with CETF and Cal Advocates.
