In a statement on Friday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that Domenico Group is a Queensland-based grower and processor of fresh and frozen vegetables, primarily capsicums, that supplies its produce to wholesalers. The regulator said that Premier Fresh, a fresh vegetable wholesaler, is a longstanding customer of Domenico Group. The regulator is seeking views on the deal until June 12.Statement follows.
