Bhinneka Power acquired a 65 percent stake in Centra Multi Suryanesia Asset for 6.5 billion rupiah on Sept. 21, 2023. Under Indonesia's merger rules, the transaction should have been notified to the KPPU by Nov. 2, 2023, or 30 days after it became effective.
